I'm finishing the patina on a ring today and with the eve of blizzard weather I'm trying to keep it as close to the heat as possible to urge the color processes as much as I can.
My boyfriend comments when I'm cooking that I love to cook on the edge. For some reason balancing baking sheets and pots and pans near the edge of our counter is the only way I like to cook. I think it's just a habit from having to cook in such cramped NYC spaces.
Or maybe I just like to keep things interesting.
